1. Oil phase preparation
Add 115kg of alcohol containing nitrocellulose, 23kg of n-butyl acetate, 50kg of n-butanol, 134kg of plasticizer, 2.9kg of thymol, 0.96kg of methylbenzaldehyde, and 10kg of emulsifier to the oil phase dissolution kettle. Slowly heat to 50-60 ℃, cover and stir intermittently several times to dissolve nitrocellulose. Store for 1 day to make it a uniform solution, set aside.
2. Emulsification
Add 12.5kg of silicone oil, 67kg of ethylene glycol, 32kg of emulsifier, 277kg of distilled water, and 200kg of table salt to the emulsifying kettle, raise the temperature to 40 ℃, and slowly add the oil phase while stirring. After adding the oil phase, continue stirring for 1 hour. Discharge, filter, continue emulsifying with a colloid mill, cycle for 5 minutes, and discharge to obtain the finished product.
